Is this an easy repair? Looks like it's been repaired previously.
Where's the best place to buy paint?
Also I have a morette headlight cover to spray the same colour is this something I should attempt or leave to the pro's.

Cheers

Boo, not what I wanted to hear. Cheapest I've seen them is about £35 on eBay. I suppose I could take the other 3 off.

Is there enough in a can to do the light cover or would I need a couple?

Bumper fill from Halfords will fix that and last for a VERY long time. I have repaired crash damage motorbike fairings with it and never had a problem.
Dremel a V into one sid eof each crack, just over half way through the piece. Make sure you get the end of the crack and then go a bit further. Fill with bumper fill and let it set. Then v out the back of the cracks with the dremel into a V just into the new stuff on the other side. Fill with bumper fill and let set.
Once it is all set, sand into shape and spray as usual.
