dont know if this is any use to anyone but given this is a car forum thought i would share it for anyone doing a service. castrol magnatec 4ltr oil 10w 40 and 5w 30 is apparently on offer in asda for £10. seems cheap to other places so may be of use!! no good for the gti..no 5w40!!!!!

10w/40 is just same as 5w/40.... but hey, 10 pound for 4L is cheap!

just pick up 10l 10w/40 for 45 few weeks ago
