Hi,
My car has started to rev high usually in stand still or changing in low gear, it then backs off when you take the clutch up and accelorate!! I have had the idle valve changed and it was okay for a couple of weeks but has now started again today. Any ideas please would much appreciate it as i rely on my car. Thanks.

Very Happy

Mine does this, but it only shoots to about 1500 - 2000. I always thought this was because my Clutch Release is busted.

Is the EML on?

Could be the MAF or MAP sensor.

Disconnecting the battery with reset the ECU to default.
