Hi All,
Well does your car make a tune,not like a warning one(that pug usually have as warning,the peep sound),telling you that you are about to start the car,while the driver door is open,when you turn on the ignition,you hear a tune like the GM models,it's hard to describe the sound of this tune,but i guess you know what i mean,and it goes off when the car is started??so any ideas!!
mine don't have it,but my friend who got the 2007 do

if you where trying to say it makes a sound when u left your door open etc then yer my 180 does it, if thats not what u where trying to say im completely lost lol

yeah, my '55 has a door open tone. The interior light flashes as well.

Do you mean the "key in ignition" tone? It's to remind you when you get out that you have left the keys in the car.

That is excatlly the tune I heared a low bong,and I believe you are 100% right,I checked it with PP2000,and in the Engine ECU while doing Global test,it showed a fault of low battery voltage,and he said that it's true after I told him so,so mystery is solved :D,thanx.
@Guys-Well I know the tune that comes on when you forget to turn off your headlights,and it's the same tune if you leave the key in the ignition,and it does it in my car because I got automatic gearbox,if I leave it on Drive postion.

Mine beeps when the key is in the ignition and the door is open, if I drive with a door open the interior light flashes too. 02 plate 2.0HDi Multiplexed DTurbo spec

mine makes an annoying noise,between 4000-4500 revs when the exhaust blows the cobwebs out your ears, im not treated to the electronic bleeps with a y-reg unfortunately
