Just changed pair of wishbones hope to cure the knocking sound on my suspension. However knocking sound still can be hear whenever i drive my car on uneven surface. The car steer a bit to right hand side a bit if my steering in center position.

Could it be my top mounts? I had jack my car up and try to turn the steering, however it seems alright and smooth ( quiet and no excesive movement).

Could it be the droplinks or antiroll bar bushes? Droplink been changed 5 months ago (ebay one £18 per pair), would it possible it failed again? Anyway i can find out if the anti roll bar bushes worn?

Really running out of idea here and i don't want to spend too much time taking out parts and find out there's no problem with it in this cold weather. Any suggestion or experience from u guys will help a lot. Cheers!

I just changed my drop links and it is definitely less 'clunky'. I'm thinking the arb bushes are the next things to change.

had a massive knocking from my passenger side over uneven surfaces, had the car checked countless times and told the top mounts were fine, took the strut apart and the bearings fell into about 30 pieces, after changing to fresh ones no more knocking Very Happy but to be fair i have changed everything on the suspension side before i found out it was the strut bearings... last things i haven't changed thats connected to the wheels are the hubs and driveshafts and now it seems i need new hubs as my car is shaking rapidly when braking after new tyres and brakes Sad

quick way to check the bearings is with the car on the ground put the wheels full lock side to side and listen out for like a rubber sort of clunk as your turning, if you hear that check the mounts.

Thz guys.

Track rods are in good condition and i did check out both of th top mounts by turning the steering, it didn't make any obvious noise when i turn the steering. I did check my absorber as well and it seems to be alright.

Check for play in the wheel bearings too.

Is the spring in one peice and not broken?

Trouble with turning when off the ground is it may only make noise when underload eg topmount bearing

And I had a drive shaft knock when driving that could also be Somthing to check
