Hi can anyone help? I have owne dmy 206 1.4 lx 53 reg for a couple of months. The rev counter has just started to act up. The stationary revs read at over 10 rpm and when I get to about 3 mph it's 20 rmp and making some horriblr noises. I am having the same problem in all gears and speeds i.e at 30 mph and on 4th gears it's at well over 25 rmp...is this correct?
thanks.

As above, could be the clutch slipping.
