Afternoon all,
Thought I would give the car a clean today and to spray the front fog lights, and take a few shots to post up on here, only to find some t*** has hit the back of my car Sad no note or anything was left. The damage isn't exactly bad, just a dent around the rear wheel arch and bumper, chipped and scratched paint etc. And also a very small green paint mark.... Twisted Evil
Decided to go hunting for a green car with damage around the front bumper and wheel arch... Found 2 just up the road from me, one has what appears to be silver paint on too which makes it even more suspicious so I shall pull the owner up on this without pointing any fingers of blame.
Hopefully I can get to the bottom of this so I don't have to pay myself to get it repaired.
Now, my dilemma... If I do end up having to pay for this myself, would it be worth trying to repair myself? As I would imagine repairing the bumper and rear quarter panel then to have it resprayed would cost a fair bit?

Any thoughts on this/suggestions?

Bumper & SP arch will just be a paint job.

Rear quarter needs pulling out / filling then repainting.

Go ask for a quote at a body shop that DOESN'T do insurance repairs Wink

if you report it to the police, make sure they take a sample of the paint that transfered to your car.
they can make a definate match from this if they have a suspect.
