So we have all seen the stickied thread showing you the difference between sport, non sport, Gran T bumpers etcs, but my question is about the GTi180 front bumper. Are they different in any way? I have a sport front bumper with no colour coded bump strip (early model) and it has the slatted black lower grill.
I've been offered a brand new GTi 180 front bumper (complete) for a stupid price but isn't worth changing is it's justs a sports bumper with no differances.

(Note)
When I say brand new the bumper was removed from a brand new 180 a few years back as the owner previously owned a Gran T 206 which he prefered the front end of. So he swapped them over and boxed the orginal.
So if anyone sees a blue GTI180 with an underbite it'll be his old one as i dont think many other would have done this. Laughing
The bumer is already fully colour coded in my 206 cc's colour too.

The only difference is the grill, the one on the new bumper will be honeycombe or sp mesh if your lucky and the colour coded bump strip..
simple enough swap to do.. you could then ebay your bumper in bits and get most of your money back, the sports fog lights you have go for a decent amount

Worth it for newness and the honeycomb Grill? (he said he can remember it being metal but it is not slatted like mine.

as there is no difference my Sport fogs would slip in there nicely if I went ahead.

What could I sell a full front bumper for?

Once I see how much you guys reckon they go for I'll post how much he asked my for it.... Maybe....

So come on then rough price for an in demand Sport front bumper?? Laughing

Can't access ebay at work to check Sad

If the 180 on here is in the norfolk or brought from the norfolk area it will ave to be his. I thought he had a private plate(206 in it somewhere) on it too but I may have imagined that.

I think may take it off his hands a this price and sell it on if i don't fit it to mine. Just need to fine a how to remove bumper guide in case

they are the same imo! taking them off is easy takes about 15 mins! only either 2 or 4 bolts that actually hold it on (not done it for about 15 months) lol! the going price again is about 50 quid although worth more dependent on the colour aspect.
