Does anyone know how I'd go about removing the rear rub strip from the bumper? I looked through every section of the how to's and couldn't find a thing. Cheers. Added: also wondered how to remove the cap (top colour coded bit) from a wing mirror, and I have a new one arriving soon and it's a different clolour.

Undo the 3 torx bolts underneath the boot and prise / pull it off will be difficult if it has never been removed before.
