Heres how it stands now:
Not sure if to keep it until it majorly goes wrong or whether to sell up.
Had the car since 2006 and mechanically it's been fine apart from the gearbox going which I replaced and has been fine every since. Engines on 91k (Although in the last year I've done less than 5k due to moving closer to work and partner).
Only problem at the moment is the oil leak from the head gasket seal.
Bodywork wise it's in decent enough condition for a car 11 years old, needs a new passenger front wing and the drivers wing has got a slight bit of rust on the inner lip, boot has rust just below the rear window and also needs 2 foglights (1 of which has been bought).
Styling wise it's pretty much as you see from the pictures + 180 front brakes, rear ARB and torsion bars. SP pedals, hand brake, vent sliders, leather steering wheel, Sport interior, 406 rear view mirror, 180 JBL rear speakers + tweeters/covers and rear electric windows half wired in.
Two wings and a boot (maybe a backbox to finish it off) won't cost a fortune which is why I'm tempted to keep it but with my lil'un I could do with something a little bigger if possible... From looking online the car is worth scrap price to sell so am I just throwing good money after bad keeping it going?!?
Advice needed!

3 bolt on panels & possibly a head gasket if it gets worse, worth keeping it
Wait till you stumble across 2nd hand panels the same colour, there not life or death stopping the car being used its just cosmetic.
Head gasket = keep an eye on it & if it gets worse then replace it or replace the car then.

I would put it back to standard and then sell the parts and put the money in the bank to start saving for a new car. But keep that car till its run into the ground

I suppose when you put it like that!
Want to get a couple of front wings and another fog light and it'll be sorted bodywork wise, the boot rust patch has been there since I got it and hasn't really got any worse
A mechanic friend has said he's willing to do the HG should it go, would be an excuse to upgrade
I think the next stage is to get the rear electric windows sorted and sort the wiring out as it needs a good tidy up!
