It's like a chugging noise as if i have a flat tire but all my tires are pumped up fine :S any suggestions?

Where is it coming from? Suspension? Engine?
Hard to diagnose a noise we can't hear.

That is what i cant identify, it only happens when im in gear and moving.

Possibly gearbox or driveshaft.
Check the CV boots are ok and not leaking grease everywhere.
If ok, make sure there is enough gearbox oil.

f*** sake have just bought this car and didnt hear it until 70 miles later, this will probably be a massive repair bill!

nightmare, could it poss be the diff? if it is i mayaswell scrap it now

The 2.0 hdi has been around since the year dot, plenty of gearboxes in scrapyards / Ebay etc.
Just hunt through the Peugeot / Citroen pile

Cheers, dont know if its linked but i hear a slight whine when i take my foot off the accelerator in gear? is this normal?

Check if your tyres are directional mine were and I put mine on th wrong way rond and had the same noise

sounds like diff on gear box but hard to say with ut hearing it, can you record it and put it on youtube or similar?
