hey just wondering if it is possible to do this myself or if it is better to buy some already done and if it is possible how. i am looking to get a gloss smoke finish on the rear lights and couldnt find anything in the how to section.

You can get tinting spray/paint but it probably won't look great.
Have a look on the German eBay www.ebay.de
That's a good place to buy 206 lights.

cool cheers also whats the difference between phase 1 and 2 lights would i need to get different bulb or would my bulb holders fit int phase 2's

there are plenty on the UK ebay that are done well can even get some that are more or less mirror finish they look really nice but have a nice price tag too.

most lights will come with the bulbs in them you wont need to move your bulb holders and bulbs across and i dont think they would go across as phase 2 dont use the same bulb holders afaik, phase 2 are just newer and look better than phase 1

oh right cool it was just some on ebay said bulb holders not included so wasnt sure.

and also would 206 cc lights fit or not are they a different shape?

think they do fit but have a piece cut shorter than the regular 206 ones which is to stop water from getting in so would not recommend putting them on

make sure you don't smoke the reflectors if doing it yourself, as then they'll fail mot (and are an easy target for police to pull you aswell).
