My misfiring GTi still has this damn fault coming up. It was very wet this morning and I lost power in the car as soon as I drove down the road. Re-starting the engine got it back to normal-ish. I had a previous post which suggested coil pack replacement, what seems to be the problem with them?

I had new Bosch Super 4 spark plugs fitted today but they haven't made a difference.

What about using a CatClean product?

Did you solve this by changing the coilpack? I had the anti-pollution & cat faults come up a while back and then changed the plugs. The fault has come back with the misfiring so think t's due to the coil pack.
