Hi All,
I have a 2001 206 GTi which began to run very badly and down on power, now wont start at all.
Would like to check resistance in coil pack but cannot find actual specs only one website with set values, not an acceptable range.
Website:
manufacturer : SAGEM BBC 2.2
primary winding resistance : 0,5 Ω
secondary winding resistance : 12,5 kΩ
My primary winding is: 1.2Ω on both
My secondary winding is: 19.3Ω on 1&4 and 19.4Ω on 2&3
I am unsure as to how far out these values can be as I understand it being lower with less resistance would be worse than being higher.
Anyone knows the coils windings specs or can advise on my readings.
Thankyou

Thank you for the offer, I would gladly take you up if I weren't so far away. I'm in South Australia.
