Hi all, basically ive got the common problem of having part of the cooling fan wiring corroding and turing to dust. Having looked on service box for the part number the only wiring i can find is in the picture below.

There are a few differences between the picture on service box and the wiring on the car.

First one being that where i have circled it and labeled number 1 i have two wires coming from the main wiring and providing an earth.

Second one is at the point ive circled and labeled as 2 i have the main wiring connector where as on the picture it doesnt seem to have one.

The last is that were it is labeled 1 in black on mine it goes into the fuse box yet in the picture it looks different.

Has anyone brought this part from peugeot before and found that these few points are included in the wiring or am i looking at the wrong part on service box.

Just asking on here before i have a wasted 40 mile round trip, so any help would be greatfully received.

Did you input your VIN number at the start when you opened Service Box?

Hi,
The car has a 250w two-speed fan

On a side note: You've had your door locks fixed twice, drive belt fixed three times due to slipping off and you accelerator pedal fixed while under warranty. All around 40k miles.

Thanks for that i notice that those pictures dont show the two points that are also missing on the one on service box, i imagen it wouldnt go into that detail? Would you by anychance know if the part number is correct that i found?

Thanks again

Sorry should have uploaded this before now. This is the wiring i removed from my car, ive labelled it as i understand it.

1. Relays
2. Cooling fan connector
3. Resistor connector
4. Earth
5. Main connector plug
6. Live feed which clicks into the fuse box.

The points that i was refering to was points 4 and 5. The picture on service box doesnt seem to show these. The query i have is would these be points that the wiring would include but not show them on service box or would these have to be added to the new loom.

Are you replacing the whole loom then?

They more than likely should be included in the loom
