Hi all, had the front end off the pug last night and found the broken pipe have on the air con, from the pump its the lower pipe that goes onto a rubber pipe and joins up to the air con rad..... there is some form of connection there that i cant see how to release, does this pipe come seperatly from peugeot or does it come pre attached to the rad... i.e all in one??

anyone got any blown up diagrams for the aircon system that i can look at or get a part number off??

many thanks spud.

you wont be able to replace a pipe in the aircon ans still have it work tbh....

will ne to go to a specialist if you still want aircon, and you can be fined for knowingly letting the aircon gas into the atmosphere, and its alot, so IMO best left alone....

fat exhaust, dodgy rusty bonnet, stickers and steels....

the pipe has already been broken so there is no gas in the system, its had a bit of a frontal bump as the rad housing is cracked in places and the air con rad looks to of had a hit, i need to get the cracked pipe replaced and then get the system pressure tested / re gassed so i can use it....

just need to know what pipe i need if anyone has a blown up diagram of the system.....

thanks for your input though
