Have you connected them the right way round. If they are LED the power only flows one way. Try swapping the wires over

Is it LED 501 bulb, or a sealed unit?
What type of plug is it?

may only work on multiplex cars??
i know some of the led foglamps work fine on multiplexed cars but on non plexed cars you have to chop the wires back from the plug and swap the polarities for them to work
got a friend with a plexed 206 you could try them on see if thats the probably??
