Quite fancy folding mirrors, but probably don't have the wiring there.

Pop the PASSENGER side triangle trim panel of to look at the mirror connector plug.

You need 9 wires in the plug on the car side of the loom for electric folding mirrors.

I know I can lock the doors from the pin on the door, but it's a 3 door and a long way to get your arm back

Doesnt work like that on mine, I have to use the dash locking button, pressing one of the door pins down only locks that door.

Mines got standard deadlocks & dash locking / hazard button.

I have managed to remove the LED from the inside the hazards/lock button.

But done in a way that means I can never put it back. It was a tiny little led that was attached to the chip.

Found which wire powered that led. So it has power when the car is locked, and then no power when its unlocked.

I tested my new LED and it works! Just need to sort out a new LED bezel so it can sit in the centre console properly.

I will put some pics up and might as well turn it into a how to.

Haven't got a pic but we all know what they look like.

Being the picky sort - I really hate it when people say this. Yes we all know what it looks like - but we all want to see the condition that yours is in!

I have now done this. I have replaced the red led from the middle of the hazards/lock button with a blue led in the center console.

For those wondering why I bought a gloss black center console with a hole in it, the hole was for an aftermarket alarm led.

Worth writing a how to??
