Below the window on my new tailgate the paint has come away leaving bare metal. I was thinking sanding it down then putting a sticker over it as don't have the money to get it sprayed.
What other options are there apart from filler and spray?
If anyone has gd sticker suggestions fire away I just think it way look odd as people would think he has stickered his window and then had one to many so just stuck it underneath
Help please! It's about the shape and size of half a 2p

If you leave it as bear metal or with a sticker on it it'll rust you'd need to protect it

Touch up's won't work on this job to be honest. It's a major problem with the window seal from when 206's were manufactured. I had it fixed on my old 206 and I got the rear window removed and replaced so that I knew the job was getting done properly, likewise it's the only way to do it properly so you can see the extent of the damage when the window is removed.

Try ChipsAway, they might give you a really good price and even if they don't it won't cost you nothing to fill a form in on their website better than bodging it and risking the problem getting worse in my opinion
good luck

I agree...some workshops do touch ups on small etc for 40 to 50 quid...could be worth a shot....will be peace of mind....
