Had my 206 1.4lx 51 for about 7 weeks now and its been making a crunching noice when i use the clutch not anything big untill today ive just done 120mile trip for it to make some small noices then a noice that sounded like it snapped so i pulled over and checked it out and since then it hasnt made a noice 50miles later, so im thinking is the clutch about to snap or what?
Can anyone help please?

I'd have suggested you took it to a garage when you first heard it.

I thought that then it hasnt done it for a while now so thought it would be ok

Could be a number of problems no1 on here could single one out without looking or hearing it for themselves just save your self time and money and go take it to a garage !
