Right only picked up my new car yesterday and have the first problem today ha!
Well went to change my wheels over and managed to snap one of the bolt off in the hub. :(, The previous owner also did the same thing so now left with only 2 bolts holding the wheel on
Whats the best way to get the bolts out the hub? heard you can drill them out?
Thanks
Luke.

That would be alot easier to read with some punctuation in mate lol. You might have to get someone to come out and remove it, there are specialised companies that deal with stuff like that.

Could be wrong, but it sounds like they're overtightened, so there isn't much chance of them coming out. Worse case scenario would be a new hub.

If you drill them out you're going to ruin the threads on the hub, which would pretty much be pointless.

I think you can drill down the middle of the bolt but I would be really carefull, you dont want to go drilling in the thread.
I'd just take it to a garage mate (if you can).

Where has the bolt snapped? I had the same issue, but I could get the wheel off. local garage welded a nut to the exposed bolt and were able to take it out. If that makes sense?

possibly try getting a garage/fabricator to to tap thread the bolt (make a new thread)down the middle of the snapped bolt. Then insert a new smaller bolt to use to unscrew the snapped one...hope that makes sense. I have never tried this on a wheel...but have had it done to other bolts before..i dont see why it wouldnt work as I cant see how what s being held on(wheel) would make a difference to the process.
