What do you think is the better tire pressure for a 4 door, 1.6L 206??

I use 30PSI for the front and the rear tires, but it seems that the front tires need more pressure because they look kind of deflate when the car is stop.

So, that's why I want to read your opinions...

Are we talking or are we racing...?

Tyre pressure does not change no matter which size alloys you fit to the car.

I go 33 at the front, 31 at that back

My sticker has two diagrams, one that says 33 on all four, and another that says as above

Tyre pressure does however change as soon as you move away from the OEM tyres.

Therefore this is all bulls**t, unless you still buy the same ones.

206 1400 8v HDi, Battle Bus - More Radical than Peugeot
205 1600 8v GTi, Track Toy Trauma, PatcHes - Driving again after 10 years since it was last on the road!
205 1600 8v GTi, The One and Only, FuDGe - Off the road again. Need to finish PatcHes first!
307 2000 16v XSi HDi - Comfy Cruiser

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

When I changed away from the standard tyres & also changed the wheel size I emailed Michelin technical for advice & they advised me 33 psi front & rear for my application.

33 psi front & rear would be a good starting point for any 206, if anybody wants exact information ask the tyre manufacture & see how good there customer services is.

Thanks for your answers!

Seems that I'm going to test with 33 on the front. I have the same 14 wheels the car come with, and now, instead of using Michelin tires I'm using Bridgestone... but with the same measurements of 185/65/R14.

Are we talking or are we racing...?
