In fact I have a problem with my angel eyes, do not work at all. Do I have to disassemble the overall unit headlight bulb to change 4 or has a different way .. Thanks for your help

do you have to earth them??

If it is all wired up correctly, and there is voltage going to the LED's, and there is earthing. Then it probably will need the LED's replacing, which means heating them up and splitting them apart.

I'm very surprised that all 4 rings have blown at the same time though Confused

for a long time does not work, I am most interested in whether I have to disassemble the whole headlight to replace four light bulbs. (I am thinking that keeps them warm hair dryer and disassembled)

Yes you do. Heat them up in the oven or with a hair dryer or heat gun, then you split them in half
