As title says when I'm turning the car and have full lock on I can hear a sort of clunking/clicking noise, it's fine any other time, only when turning

Check to see if arch lining is loose? Sounds daft but that's what I had

just checked the arch lining is tight etc.

sounds like drive shaft. go find a empty car park full lock both ways if its full lock on left and makes the noise is the drivers drive shaft at fault and vis versa.

Sounds like the wishbones or top mounts.
