What effect would a slight dusting of glow in the dark paint have if applied on top of normal acrylic paint?

it would glow in the dark for a start i would of thought

Its for some bits I am spraying. I want to use blue glow in the dark to give them that slight sparkle at night.

get a glow in the dark marker pen and draw all over your mates cars fun times
