this is true, total 9000 is group 3 base oil.

don't think esso make oil anymore? though esso is under mobil now.

well mobil one is group 4 base stock anyway....

Cant remember bud, its on opie oils, about £50 ish for 5L IIRC.

I used 5-40 Mobil fully synthetic in our 138..

180 has to be 5-40 so it'll do for the 138, it's quietened the tip end down since running it!
