The battery blew my central locking and windows. How should I go about fixing them?
The hazards flash as they should but nothing happens and using the key only operates the door that the key is in.

You need a diagnostics check first otherwise you are throwing money away. I have just had the same problem but only with my doors not operating and unfortunately had to replace all of my door latch motors. Diagnostics will cost around £30 but dont use a
PUG dealer they will charge nearer £60. Lets hope its something simple.

How did the battery do this? I've heard of things stopping working due to bad earths and the like, but never just from being connected to a battery, which is what they are designed for in the first place.
Don't just check the fuses by eye, use a multimetercontinuity tester to make sure that they are still useable.
