Is replacing the ABS pump on a 206 a easy job? straight swap?

any bleeding needed, or could be any electronic issues after fitting it?

i have just put up a deposit for a 206 that am picking it up next wednesday.

when i was inspecting it i noticed there was quite empty space next to the air filter box and noticed 2 disconnected plugs, i was curious... and found out the abs pump is missing....

and according to the seller (a dealer) it has a fresh mot.

any ideas? the car is cheap... £925 for a 2002 206 2.0hdi ..... so if its just getting a pump and fitting... and the job is easy im up for it... as the pump in my local scrappy is around 20 quid...

any ideas? thanks in advance

It seems strange to me that 206 doesnt have ABS in some configs - I thought it would of been a standard thing!

There would be more than just a couple of plugs disconnected if the ABS unit had been removed. There would be all the plumbing to the brakes that would be sat doing nothing.
