My 206 is a 52 plate 3 door, and the passenger seat is jammed, and its nearly touching the back seats. So as well as being extremely uncomfortable for the passenger, nobody can fit it the seat behind it either. I can still pull the lever forward to let people get in the back, but i cant push it to adjust the position of the seat, the lever just doesn't move. and suggestions on what could be the problem?

I've had the same problem, if you lift up the passenger seat so you can get to the storage bin under the seat. Look at the rail the seat is attached to, there's a pin that sometimes slips out and will cause the seat to jam, I'll try to get you a photo tomorrow.
