when take front bumper off. saw the toe eye off right next to the frame. then drill right through just under where the tow eye sat. the use a big ass bolt and bolt it down then slide it in bumper when you put it on. hope helps?

i'd still give it a coat as its the lacquer that will help prevent the paint chipping/ washing off etc.
