Having a nightmare with my 206. Only bought it six months ago an its costing a fortune.

Would really appreciate some help with the most recent problem Sad

The temperature gauge is permanently at red as soon as the key is in the ignition, the fan automatically comes on and continues to run for a short while after the key is removed. I have fitted a new radiator, thermostat, temperature sensor, temperature switch, low speed & high speed fan relays and fan resistor. I have run out of ideas!!!

There was 12V put thru the temperature sensor cables - would this have damaged the ECU or temperature gauge???? Confused

What He Said is the best thing to do,and much cheaper than buying parts you don't need in the first place Wink

And did you test the parts before replacing them?
