Swapped my old Clarion CD radio for another one, after my old radio wouldn't get any radio frequencies in. Might work for a while then go static.
The new used was a matter of plug and play, but for some reason each time I switch it on it beeps every few seconds. I unplugged the battery, let it sit for a while and did a soft reboot, but the problem remains.
The only noticeable difference between the two is that my old radio had a fuse whereas the new one doesn't.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Sounds like its a multiplexed radio and they needed to be coded to the car.

Multiplexed radios are security VIN coded
You need to input the correct VIN number in to the radio, Peugeot planet is needed.

How can I determine if its multiplexed?
Throttle pedal is with a wire as is the clutch, I heard that you can determine it with this?

Swapped the stereos a few times to see if the display issued any clues.
With my old it says "Reg Off" and with the new one "Reg On". It seems this has something to do with it.
