I saw this on the way to the gym, the owner was waiting for cash coverters to open- Cash coverters still hasn't opened, I think they're scared they'll have to buy it!!

He probably did it as a joke. There's not many ways to increase the value of a Rover after all

Is it even legal with those spoilers on the bonnet. They must restrict the view of the road.

I think it might do the spoilers all look backwards!

And I bet he can't lift the bonnet fully as spoiler number 2 will go through the windscreen!

Must have a very light small engine then if it needs all those spoilers to keep the front end down.
