When people have put their cars back to standard, have you replaced everything? Not sure if I should change my gti 180 rear bumper for a standard gti bumper as well as changing the exhaust system for standard too

You weigh up how much you can be arsed with changing it against the extra money you'll make I guess.

b******s. In your "had a bad idea" thread is the real photo and the colour of your car is nothing like that above. Crap camara or not. You have adjusted the colour that much you've turned a green tree red.

Only change stuff if you know you would make money for the part, e.g sports bumper are around £30 and 180s are around £70+. You know what hassle it it will take so it's up to you if you think the price will reward the effort. Leaving a 180 bumper really isn't going to attact buyers.

The guy who bought mine couldn't give a damn that I had spent loads on sport bumpers, spoiler, sp arches etc he would have just bought it anyway sad but true.

Bumpers don't sell well on places like eBay these days, so if it was me I wouldn't bother.

As for exhaust. Probs just swap back box and leave the rest. Can make upto £100 on a back box so it's worth it.
