My boot light is there, but has never had a bulb in it. I got some LED bulbs yesterday and attempted to install one in my boot. The other was going in my interior light... But, could not work out how it's supposed to go in. I seem to be missing a bit, like the bulb holder...
My boot light is the one with the black surround and the little plastic window in it. I say this because my mum's (2001 LX) is just a frosted plastic holder in it's entirety.
Can anyone/everyone post pics of theirs on here for me so I can work out which bit I'm missing? and how is should work?

Thanks everyone!

Have a think before you do
If the boot light didn't work then someone would either fix it or leave the dead bulb in there and not worry about it. So why would anyone just remove the bulb or its fixings? If it was draining the battery perhaps and they couldn't work out why?

So I'd do some checks and make sure the boot light in particular isn't going to be ON when the boot is shut as a boot light isn't so essential but a flat battery in the morning is a real PITA

Have a look in Peugeot servicebox for a complete parts breakdown

Twidly - your missing part number 6112 16 bulb holder £4.66

Check the connector plug on your car is the same as your mum's LX then order up Peugeot / Citroen part number 6362 N6 Lamp including bulb £3.61 instead Wink

When I bought my glovebox lamp fitting, I had to order 2 as they said they came as a pair.

If you are using LED bulbs and they don't work, try turning them though 180 degrees.
