What's the difference?

I'm sure I've read somewhere that hatch clusters can be modified to fit, so I assume there is a small difference?

I'd like to fit a pair of Phase 2s to the CC.

it is indeed, if you buy some you can trim the plastic flappy bit to size using your current CC ones as a template

100% correct, the black plastic rain guard clipped on to the cluster, easily swoppable if you want.

Add CC to the search and the price goes up!!

You can get LED hatch rear brake lights for around £20, but go for same for CC and you're looking at £35!! Same with rear light clusters.

OK, checked the rear lights and the lamp is the same. The difference is the black splash guard which is much larger on the hatch version. But this seems to just clip on .. so next up is a bit of work with some small screwdrivers, etc., to see if I can get these off in one piece. Then do same for existing CC lamps, swap and put back!

Should be interesting ...

I missed Mr BSI's post ... Sad

But I'll also question the "easy" bit .. mine attempts at the weekend didn't get one off. The three clips aren't that easy to move (I managed one!) and it looks like it may also be "plastic welded" at the top and bottom corners. There's a little round fitting that definitely doesn't want to flip off that easily.

As I'm working on the Phase 2's at the moment, I obviously am taking my time as I don't want to break them!
