The spacer has seized onto the inside of Georgie's wheel ![Sad Sad](images/smiles/icon_sad.gif)
I have tried hitting it with a rubber mallet and soaking it in penetrating spary and its not shifting.
Any sensible suggestions?

the only thing i can think of is tapping a small thin screwdriver behind it to try and ease it off
othwise i'm stumped

I just took an old extension bar and a lump hammer to mine when they need to come off and after a few even hits around the spigot they just came off.

That's the problem with aluminium spacers the corrode to the alloy wheel ! I would try the Hitting the screw driver from behind the spacer coming though the wheel holes

We have tried with a screw driver it won't budge :/ so we're gunna take it down the place we get our wheels from ask them if they can remove it ![Razz Razz](images/smiles/icon_razz.gif)

this happened to me so we put big fat bolt through one of the holes and hit it with a big hammer and after a few taps they came off, oh and loads of WD

Shame the hubs dont have studs as i'd sit the spacer on that and knock the wheel off it.

never happen on mine and as a rule of thumb is your should grease the hubs surface before you put the wheels on.

Copperslip is better ... copes with high temps which you get next to the brakes.

The place we get all our tyres from, one of the took a hammer to it, but now it's bent flat on one side now. But it's off from my wheel as i was swopping the 20mm spacers for 10mm spacers to stop the scrubbing on the rear.
