Time to:-
1) Do a scan, note codes and clear them.
2) Start engine from cold, take it for a drive and get it properly up to temperature, rescan for faults.

Start from there.

Possibly add compression check and note of spark plug colour.

Did your plug swap show which cylinder was misfiring?

And my favourite - double check with the assistance of a mate for exhaust leaks. Block the tailpipe with a damp rag. Get your mate to look under the car and in the engine bay for any leaks. Also look closely at all the plastic and rubber engine breather pipes under the bonnet for any leaks.

Change down to 3rd.

30 mph in 4th isn't doing the engine much good in the long run.

O really lmao. How irelivent. so your saying dont drop below 3 grand. It wont do an engine any good. A very very large majority of car vans will sit at 30 on flat road in 5th/6th no problem

Thats for the advice
Spark plg color all the same and normal good running color
I have swap tested throttle body, cleaned map. Still the same
Im going to get a new crank senser tomorrow. See if that is going to make a difference
I have no management light on and I haven't had it scaned. I have a code reader but it wont connect to this car

Have you done any of the tests I have recommended including reading the codes? Why jump straight to crank sensor? Changing parts as you are doing by guess work quickly gets expensive.
