Hi all,
I was just wondering if any one has any ideas on my problem with my 1.4lx, when i pull off in first gear its feels really sluggish and the engine vibrates and rattles alot. It also stalls and feels like its struggling to move even when its given 2-3k revs, once i get into second its fine but it always seams to be when im pulling off in first?

is your car modified? low suspension? big wheels?
mine does it in first and my friends Mx-5 does it so it leads me to believe its a lowering problem you are putting more strain on the wishbones and other front wheel to body parts so its probely nothing to worry about as long as it doesnt do it in 3rd or 4th and a wheel pops off haha
