hi there,Load sensing/regulating valve assembly - seized, free it up with wd40,sounds like you need 2 wishbones, dont buy cheepos if you intend to keep car, drop links 2,easy and cheep to do,rear brakes investigating, maybe shoes and wheel cylinder.if i could get garage to work for 20 quid an hour i would throw my tools away.cost depends on wishbones, maybe £400 using genuine.cheeper if you diy or give a mate some beer tokens.good luck. Sad

Can I ask a stupid question: "Suspension: Suspension Joint: defective, nearside front, outer & Suspension: Wishbone - mounting bushes defective - nearside front, offside front, inner, rearmost"

Is that one repair or two?

you have one wishbone either side.each wishbone has 2 rubber bushes and a balljoint attached,it looks like 3 of the bushes have gone on your car,so need to replace both wishbones.

And should that take care of the "suspension joint" issue too? Apologies but I'm shockingly ignorant on these issues

yes that looks to me like ball joint,so yes change wishbones, nothing realy hard to do to be honest, could do the whole lot in a morning.and if cash is tight i would rather source half decent genuine arms from breakers, done this myself as my labour is free.been on the car for the last15 months and only cost £20 each.anyway all the best.
