Hiya guys,

had same problem with 206 van. For some reason it has trouble starting as if diesel hasn't gone round, the van went through a stage but then stopped which is good but now i go out buy a car version it does the same! would could this be people !! its annoying like hell! cheers

faulty fuel pump maybe, did this on my 206 van, had replace the fuel pump, glowies and a good service,

yeah i had it on my 206 van too, now on my 2.0 litre 206 lol its annoying, yeah glowplugs and fuel pump is needed! how much did that set you back?

You won't even use your glow plugs in this weather, so it won't be them.

Change the fuel filter and ensure the system is bled correctly.

Injectors should be 0.2ohms
Fuel temp sensor at about 25oC should be 2392ohms and gets lower to 144ohms @ 100oC as the engine gets hotter
Fuel pressure sensor should be 1.3volts @ idle between pins 34 and 74 on ECU
Fuel pressure at low pressure should be 2.3-2.6 bar
Glow plugs should be 0.4ohms @ 20oc
Disconnect the coolant temp sensor and connect a 6900ohm resistor between T1 and T2 and glow plugs should come on for 10 seconds

Steve i did hear it loud in van but in this only a slight bit, and how much you recon to get it done cuz honestly i can make stuff look nice and sound nice but when it comes to running nice? i go as far as redex LMAO
