hi I have just bought a 1.6 16v 206 and when cold the engine ticks - guess its tappets? Engine runs perfect when warm - no ticking at all is this normal? car is under guarentee and they say its ok so I would like to take back again if its wrong thanks

hydraulic followers, Check the oil they serviced it with

could it be they have used the wrong oil then? what should it have as i may just get it changed as it is not that clean looking

have a search for recommended oils on here.... there will be one for your engine
