Hello everyone! 
I'm new to the site, so please excuse me if I break any conventions!
I have a problem with my car... Just had a service done without any hiccups, and on the drive home all was fine, but two hours later I set off and within a few minutes something very strange was happening... The engine started revving itself when out of gear and without me touching the accelerator! Quite a lot, the rev counter was up to 4! 
I've dropped it in at the garage and they should get a look at it tomorrow, but in the meantime thought I would ask if anyone has ever had a similar experience, and if so, what might it be?
