I'm quitting the pug, had enough of the insurance and gobbling petrol, but do you reckon I'd get more breaking it than selling it as it is, its a good runner, no problems apart from the odd rattle.

I'd guess you'd get more for breaking it (dependent on age and mileage) but do you really have the time, effort and space to do it, remember it could take years for you to sell all of the parts.

i broke a 306 gti6 few years back and i stripped it, shell scrapped and sold most bits in a week. and i only had a small drive and basic tools.
the car market isnt doing to well at the moment so might be worth breaking if you have the time and space

I've broken a few 206s.

My advice is not to do it over the winter. It's dark, cold & wet most of the time.

So you'll lack the motivation to do it.
