Hi all can someone tell me if this will read airbag faults on my 206 2002 petrol,if not can any say what it will read on the 206...

No it wont, you need main dealer level software.

you could invest in a cheapo PP2000 Or the newer peugeot diagbox on ebay from china , but may be worth going a local garage and slipping them a few beer token in exchange

Will it not just read general faults with the car then?

It will read all P codes and find bacis faults
