I'm selling my 1999 206 1.1 and engine is having some problems since it has been under ice frost the last few days, it wasn't running at all in days because I have a GTi car now.. wish I had run the motor every now and then!
At first engine failed to fire, second time it fired fine - very noisy.. Looked at engine bay and saw smoke rising for 20 secs and after 1 minute engine just cuts out altogether. When I raised the bonnet water drops started falling.. need to get this ready for sale in a day now.. with an engine working of course.. I am not sure if I should let it dry out then try start engine ?

I will check, I believe so though and now she's passed away... there is nothing at all, no battery/ignition/engine.

If none of the electrical systems are firing, it sounds to me like it might be worth checking the main earth (usually located between body and engine/gearbox). It could be this has snapped (fairly common problem).

This could be because an indicator bulb has blown, try looking at all your indicators while there on and see which one has gone
