GTi 180 Rear caliper problems

Noticed the other day when pulling off that if felt like my rear offside brake was sticking slightly, fast forward to today when I can smell the brakes being hot after only completing a short, journey.

Could feel the heat coming off the brake assembly and noticed the outside pad has worn nearly all the way down, now I only changed these pads and discs on the rear in July so obviously something is amiss as the otherside has a lot more life.

Most likely to be a sticking handbrake mechanism? or the cable itself, or the caliper?

If its the caliper how much am I looking for a replacement, and do I require peugeot planet to bleed the new caliper?

did you wind the piston back in?

Yep wound all the way back in with the correct tool, did this job back in the summer, Ive had a look tonight and the handbrake cable seems to be moving free enough, so Ive wound back the cable adjustment a touch.

Im guessing its going to be the caliper causing the problem, although the piston wound back nice and freely at the time i carried out the replacement
