hi there, dont know alot when it comes to the mechanical side of cars, but having a problem when starting my car. It will start first time, then after around 5 seconds it will cut out and struggle to start sometimes even not starting, ive found the best way to start it is getting somebody else to squeeze the primer a few times whilst i turn it over, and it will evetually start. ive noticed there is air bubbles in the clear pipe next to the primer so had the fuel pipes back to the tank replaced, thinking that may solve any problem of air entering, gone to start this morning after a few days of it being fine, and the problem is back, really dont know what to think? help needed please, thanks

Take the air filter box off the top of the engine and examine the fuel pipes under there. They tend to wear through and get tiny pin-holes in them causing the air to get in and the fuel to run back to the tank. Priming will pull the fuel back and it will start. Had this problem last year and have wrapped the hole I found in strong tape (duct tape/electrical tape) been fine ever since!
Tomorrow could be the best day of your life
