Hi all 4 injectors are firing at the same time what could be causing that to happen?

I know the GTi 180 is simultaneous injection so all 4 injectors fire at the same time, so wouldnt be surprised to learn if other 206's in the range were also simultaneous injection. So cant see that being a problem

its a 1.4 8v 2003 kfw engine
