My 206 cuts out like seconds after being started, sometimes struggles to start. Sometimes it cuts flat out when I dip the clutch.
My dash lights all constantly dim then go back to normal in the car.
Is this alternator ?

Could be alternator, do the headlights go dim aswell and then bright when you rev? But im not 100% sure this would cause it to cut out... although im probably wrong, but sounds like alternator. Somebody else should be able to clarify.

When you say struggles to start, does the starter motor turn over really slowly?
Need to get a multimeter across your battery really, it would tell you straight away if its alternator or not.
